Registration fees

Generale Registration:
$150 per player until February 21, 2009

Late registration:
Space permitting, late registrations will be accepted during office hours after February 21, 2009.
For categories U-07 and higher, a supplementary charge of $20 will be required on top of the regular fee.

Competition player registration:
After selections, the players chosen for the competition teams U-09 and up must pay a supplementary amount to be determined to cover among other things: technical sessions, registration fees for the Coupe Laval and federate leagues.
Other fees may be required depending on the activities the team will be participating in. A new competition player joining an existing team, must pay for the competion jersey.

Refund policy

The refund requests must be in writing and given within the following dates:
February 22 to March 31 2009 : 100 % of the registration fees will be refunded.
April 1st to April 30th 2009 : refund of 40 % of the registration fees.
May 1st to June 30th 2009 : refund of 30 % of the registration fees.
After July 1st 2009 : no refund will be given.
The refund does not include the $20 late registration charge.
The pro-rata of games played is not taken into account in the refund policy.

All written refund requests received by the Association whithin the mentionned dates, will be handled expediously.
